Boneless Skate uses Royal Mail for our distribution and fulfilment. We offer three standard shipping options:

  • Standard (2nd Class) shipping

  • Premium (1st Class) shipping

  • Flat-rate international shipping

You can select the best shipping option for you on checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, you can return it for a refund or gift card, on the following terms:

  • You have 28 days from receipt of the item to return it for a refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the card or account you used to pay for the order, unless you specify that we should issue a gift card in place of a refund

  • We cannot offer refunds on smaller items including stickers

We use standard European sizing, so if you are ordering from outside the EU, please check what your normal equivalent sizing would be.
